Master Resell Rights:

a. The Course materials include master resell rights, allowing you to resell the Course to others for 100% profit. However, you may not provide the same master resell rights to your customers.

b. You may not modify or alter the Course materials when reselling them.

Payment and Refunds:

a. Payment for the Course is required before you gain access to the materials.

b. We do not offer refunds for the Course after access has been granted, given the nature of digital products.

Limitation of Liability:

a. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Course.

b. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Course.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold V All One LLC harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Course or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chesapeake, VA.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Course or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and V All One LLC regarding the Course and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
